Flavorful, Filling Meals!

Just because you’re cooking with whole foods, doesn’t mean it has to be flavorless! That has been the biggest revelation for us over the last 52 weeks…we are cooking satiating, eye-appealing, delicious meals with FLAVOR!!!

Here are 3 NEW favorite recipes, that are excellent for week night meals!

Heavens to Betsy…we’ll be making this recipe for Thanksgiving! The gravy is SO good! I just love Michelle’s advice to freeze any leftover gravy, so you can enjoy anytime you want! I love me some one-pan roasted dishes. You can prep your chicken & vegetables and let them marinate for the whole day until you need to bake them. Pair these with roasted sweet potatoes topped with coconut sugar, a drizzle of EVOO and sea salt! Recipe here: Rosemary Balsamic Sheet Pan Chicken

Oh my, my, my, this recipe is SO full of flavor…we ate every bite of steak. Instead of tortillas, we just prepared brown rice and had it with our steak & vegetables. You could always use these Egg Crepes or our favorite, Black Bean Chips too! Recipe here: Fajitas with Skirt Steak
