Fun. Fun. Fun.

Downtown Nashville

About 10,000 of my friends are about to descend upon Nashville for our annual Rodan + Fields convention. I’ve been getting so many texts about places to eat and must-visit locations that I thought I’d share some of my favorites by area of the city!

First up: Downtown Nashville (and these are purely my interpretation of downtown because it’s easy to walk to, no Uber ride required from Broadway). If you’ve never been to Nashville…here’s a fun little map to help get you familiar with the area inside I-40.

Map by Jennifer S. Britton

Next areas I’ll feature: The Gulch, Germantown, Division St, 12S and Printers Alley...all a quick Uber from Broadway.

Fave restaurant (nicer): Etch always excellent {recommend ordering the cauliflower appetizer} or The Southern such a fun vibe and excellent, filling-food.

You will love the cauliflower appetizer at Etch.

Fave restaurant (relaxed): Pucketts Southern food, reasonable prices, casual atmosphere and live music.

Fave brunch: Liberty Common has a Southern style French Bistro feel; Kitchen Notes at the Omni has a fantastic buffet and biscuit bar!

Fave coffee: Bongo @ Omni

Fun place to hang / watch football: YeeHaw Brewery {just opened, such a fun space; do their Moonshine tasting: you get a full-size beer at the end} or Corner Pub {so many huge TVS!}

Live entertainment (other than the Ryman): Listening Room … same talent as the Bluebird Cafe, but way easier to get tickets to and much easier location-wise to get to.

Healthy Options: E+Rose Wellness Cafe

Fantastic açaí bowl.

Fast, fresh (to-go) and yummy local lunch: The Southernaire Market (cute gifts too)

Such a cute store; delish to-go options.

Nearby: Crema for our favorite coffee

Things to see: GooGoo Cluster store (try their seasonal jumbo GooGoo Cluster or a chocolate class), tour the Ryman and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Great photo ops: Corner of Broadway & 5th Ave, the Predator Mural on Bridgestone Arena Wall/Demonbreun. Earphones mural at The Listening Room. Pedestrian Bridge crossing the Cumberland River. Rooftop at Acme Feed & Seed.

Outside the Bridgestone Arena (main entrance): always a great place for a Nashville photo op.
